Abstract
Research to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), on the profitability of Islamic Banking in Indonesia. This research is quantitative and uses secondary data by analyzing nine Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) from 2021 to 2023 through the official OJK website, which is used to obtain research data for quarterly publication reports. The data is processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of the data analysis show that partially CAR has a positive and significant effect on profitability proxied by ROE, while FDR does not have a significant effect on profitability proxied by ROE. Simultaneously, CAR and FDR have a significant effect on profitability proxied by ROE of Islamic banking.
