Managing HR is an obligation that organizations must undertake, led by their leaders, to reach their goals and targets. This research is a quantitative study aimed at investigating whether job quality and work effectiveness influence job productivity, moderated by work motivation. The study's population consists of all employees of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and Small Businesses of Lhokseumawe City, totaling 61 individuals. The sampling technique employed was saturation sampling. Both primary and secondary data were used in this study. Data collection utilized a questionnaire technique, involving direct questioning of the respondents who served as the study's sample. Data analysis was conducted using the Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) approach. The research findings indicate that job quality does not affect job productivity, while work effectiveness can influence job productivity. Students are always identified with an up-to-date attitude to meet primary and secondary needs. This needs to be implemented to avoid failure in managing personal finances by applying Financial Knowledge. This research aims to determine the influence of financial self-efficacy and Financial Knowledge on the personal financial management of Bachelor of Accounting students. This research uses descriptive research in the form of qualitative data which is quantified using a Likert scale. The data used in this research is primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used was through distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms. The data analysis method used is classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis testing and hypothesis testing. The research results from data processed using SPSS Version 26 statistical calculations, found that financial self-efficacy has a significant effect on personal financial management with a significance value of 0.040 &lt; 0.05. Financial Knowledge has a significant effect on personal financial management with a significance value of 0.007 &lt;0.05 and simultaneously states that financial self-efficacy and Financial Knowledge simultaneously have an effect on personal financial management. Yield rate, inflation, and the Covid-19 pandemic are operationalized as predictor variables. In addition, the pandemic is also positioned as a moderating variable between the financing and yield rate, and inflation. Using monthly data for the period June 2014-February 2021, the analytical model used is multiple regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The study found that the yield rate and inflation had a negative and significant effect on the financing of home ownership. The sample used in this research was all Geprek Bensu Chicken consumers in Depok City using 152 respondents. The exploration strategy utilized was a study by dispersing polls to representatives of the Tanjungbalai City Instruction Office. The employees of the Education Department were chosen at random to be included in the research sample. This research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to members of the Dairi Regency KPU as respondents. The research results show that organizational culture factors, such as shared values, norms, and symbols contained in the KPU work environment, have a significant positive influence on the performance of KPU members. The organization's success in creating an inclusive, transparent, and public service-oriented culture plays a key role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the general election process in Dairi Regency. Understanding and implementing organizational values, such as integrity, professionalism, and active participation in the decision-making process, forms the basis of a positive organizational culture. Norms that support teamwork, fairness, and accountability also make a significant contribution to the performance of KPU members. This research provides recommendations to the Dairi Regency KPU to strengthen and maintain a positive organizational culture. This type of study is descriptive qualitative research. The population of all farmers cultivating white oyster mushrooms is 14 people in Banjar Dewa Village, Banjar Agung District, Tulang Bawang Regency, with a sampling technique using Purposive Sampling with a sample of one farmer cultivating white oyster mushrooms with the criteria of producing the largest white oyster mushroom cultivation in the area. The method for collecting data in the following research is observation and interviews. The analysis technique in the following research uses marketing cost analysis, marketing margin, marketing profit, and marketing efficiency. The results of this research show that there are two marketing channel patterns for white oyster mushrooms, namely the first channel pattern, farmers sell white oyster mushrooms directly to end consumers, and the second channel pattern, farmers sell to retailers and then the retailers sell them back to end consumers. The marketing margin value in the first channel pattern is IDR 0, while marketing in the second channel pattern is IDR 11,000. The farmer's share value in the first channel pattern is 100%, the second channel pattern is 56%. The two marketing channels for white oyster mushrooms are said to be efficient in terms of marketing margin and farmer's share. The sample used in this research was 83 respondents taken using a population using the Simple Random Sampling technique, because sampling of population members was carried out randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. With this method the entire population is assumed to have the same opportunity to become the research sample. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Questionnaire and interview methods were used to obtain the data required for this investigation. Using a Likert Scale is the data collection technique used in this research. The results of the research show that customer relationship management does not have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at the Grace Jaya Gold Store. Descriptive Analysis is a method that describes a problem by explaining existing data and research objects, written into a paragraph and obtaining a conclusion to solve the existing problem. The results obtained at full cost create higher expenses. Calculations using Variable Costing could be a good option to apply, because the Variable Costing method only calculates the budget involved in the manufacturing process into the COGS. Apart from that, the research instruments were also tested for validity and reliability. The research results show that exogenous variables (advertising and sales promotions) influence endogenous variables (purchasing decisions) both partially and simultaneously. This research aims to determine the influence of social media marketing, price and brand image on interest in buying. The sample obtained consisted of 100 respondents. The method used is quantitative by obtaining data from questionnaires via google from. This research uses a multiple linear regression analysis model to analyze the data. The respective research results show that social media marketing has a positive and significant partial influence on interest in buying. Price partially has a significant negative influence on interest in buying. Brand image has a positive and significant partial influence on interest in buying. The results of social media marketing, price and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on interest in buying. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The respondents of this research were students participating in the Merdeka Polytechnic Entrepreneurship Kutaraja, field assistant lecturers in the Merdeka Polytechnic Entrepreneurship Kutaraja and MSME partners of the Independent Entrepreneurship Kutaraja Polytechnic. Data from the questionnaire results were obtained through the implementation team of the Kutaraja Polytechnic Independent Entrepreneurship program. Company size and diversity are the two independent factors studied. Secondary data used in this research comes from the 2019–2021 financial reports of companies listed on the IDX. This type of research is quantitative. The population used in this study were Accounting students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta in the class of 2020. This study uses a sample withdrawal method, namely the NonProbability Sampling method using Purposive Sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 311 respondents. The data in this study are primary data. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is that financial literacy has no significant effect on investment decision making. A person's financial behavior does not affect his investment decisions. Herding behavior has a significant effect on investment decisions. Risk tolerance affects investment decision making. The data in this analysis comes from www.bps.go.id and www.djpk.go.id. This analysis uses panel data analysis with a random effect model and uses the Sobel test. The research results show that the per capita infrastructure budget and per capita security budget simultaneously influence economic growth in Aceh province. The per capita infrastructure budget is partially significant to economic growth in Aceh province, and the per capita security budget is not significant to economic growth in Aceh province. This research aims to investigate the influence of consumer behavior (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) of groceries at PT Sinar Setia, located at Jl. Sultan Hasanudin No. 60A, Bandar Lampung. This study was chosen because a deep understanding of consumer behavior can provide valuable insights into analyzing consumer preferences and habits, which are essential for businesses to optimize their marketing strategies. This study employs a quantitative research approach with primary data obtained directly from the research object. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and observation at PT Sinar Setia. A Likert scale was used to measure respondents' responses, with scores ranging from 1 to 5. The total population of respondents was 480, with a sample of 83 respondents selected through accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression and SPSS statistical software. Using panel data from 9 city districts during the 2011-2022 period, the analytical model applied to test the functional relationship between variables is panel regression with a fixed effect approach. The research results reveal that women's income cannot significantly reduce poverty levels, but can improve income distribution in society. Therefore, effective strategies are required to attract consumers' interest in purchasing clothing products at distros. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of price and service quality on the buying interest of consumers purchasing distro clothing in Bandar Lampung. A quantitative approach was employed, with the population consisting of clothing consumers in the city of Bandar Lampung. The accidental sampling technique was utilized to select samples, with 96 consumer respondents who purchased distro clothing in the city of Bandar Lampung. Data were collected through various methods, including literature review, documentation, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, t tests, F tests, and R² tests. The results showed that price and service quality significantly influence the buying interest of consumers at distro clothing stores in Bandar Lampung. Together, these variables also significantly influence consumers' buying interest. Using panel data from five city/districts during the 2011-2022 period, the analysis model applied is vector autoregressive which is then equipped with a Granger causality test. The study results reveal that economic growth significantly reduces poverty levels. On the other hand, the poverty rate does not affect economic growth. The results of the Granger causality test reveal the existence of one-way causality from economic growth to poverty. The poverty rate responds to changes in economic growth. On the other hand, economic growth does not respond to changes in poverty rate. The study revealed that school enrollment rates and rural poverty levels in Indonesia fluctuate throughout the year. The estimation results indicate that rural poverty has a negative effect on school enrollment rates at both elementary school, middle school and high school levels. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Consumer Behavior and Price on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products. This research uses a questionnaire distributed via Google Form online and offline. The object of this research is the influence of Brand Image, Consumer Behavior and Price on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products made by consumers or users of Scarlett products. Based on the research results, it shows that brand image (X<sub>1</sub>), consumer behavior (X<sub>2</sub>) and price (X<sub>3</sub>) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products. The results of this research show that Facilities have a partial influence on Patient Satisfaction, but Service Quality and Location do not have a partial influence on Patient Satisfaction.
