Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi di era digital membawa perubahan signifikan pada cara perusahaan melakukan bisnis, termasuk pada bidang administrasi dan kesekretariatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi teknologi yang dibutuhkan oleh staf administrasi dan kesekretariatan pada perusahaan-perusahaan di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis data dari sumber-sumber yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa staf administrasi dan kesekretariatan perlu memiliki kompetensi teknologi yang memadai untuk menghadapi tantangan era digital. Beberapa kompetensi teknologi yang dibutuhkan antara lain: (1) kemampuan penggunaan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, (2) kemampuan mengelola dan menyimpan data digital, (3) kemampuan melakukan riset online dan menganalisis informasi yang diperoleh, (4) kemampuan menggunakan aplikasi komunikasi dan kolaborasi online, (5) kemampuan mengoperasikan perangkat mobile, dan (6) kemampuan menggunakan media sosial dan platform digital lainnya. Dengan memiliki kompetensi teknologi yang memadai, staf administrasi dan kesekretariatan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas bisnis. Selain itu, mereka juga dapat mengatasi berbagai tantangan yang muncul di era digital, seperti keamanan data dan kebutuhan untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi yang cepat. Kesimpulannya, perusahaan perlu memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi teknologi kepada staf administrasi dan kesekretariatan agar mereka dapat menjalankan tugas-tugasnya dengan efektif di era digital. Hal ini akan membantu perusahaan untuk tetap kompetitif dan relevan di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.
