Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan kualitas Guru terhadap produktivitas kerja guru pada Yayasan Gema Cendekiawan Indonesia. Hal – hal tersebut sangatlah berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja untuk menghasilkan output yang berkualitas dan tidak mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan. Untuk menganalisis variabel – variabel tersebut, dibutuhkan data sampling guru sebanyak 179 orang dan pengambilan sampling bisa di lakukan dengan mengisi kuesioner dengan google form dan kuesioner secara manual menggunakan kertas yang berisi pertanyaan mengenai gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kualitas guru yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan hubungan kausal (causal effect) dan jenis data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi dengan media kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan statistik inferensial dengan tipe data parametrik, dan untuk analisis internal menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
