Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah ada nya pengaruh variabel disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT JGC Indonesia baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial tiap variabel bebas nya dengan variabel terikat nya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Adapun data yang digunakan dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang berisi dari beberapa pernyataan terkait variabel Disiplin Kerja, beberapa pernyataan terkait variabel motivasi kerja, dan beberapa pernyataan terkait variabel kinerja karyawan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 81 karyawan pada PT JGC Indonesia. Adapun teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi), uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis (uji t, uji F).Hasil Penelitian ini adalah baik secara parsial atau simultan variabel disiplin dan mtivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. JGC Indonesia.
