Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karier terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karier dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Restoran Hokben Area Depok. Metodologi penelitian digunakan penulis adalah metode kuantitatif, metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regres. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Restoran Hokben Area Depok yang berjumalah 75 karyawan. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan berupa uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji regresi linier sederhana, uji regresi linier berganda, uji korelasi, uji determinasi dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan). Hasil penelitian pada uji korelasi sebesar 0,926 yang menunjukan terjadi hubungan sangat kuat dan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,858, artinya sumbangan pengaruh variabel pengembangan karier dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 85,8%. Uji regresi linier sederhana sebesar Y=7,782 + 0,827X1 dan Y=4,142 + 0,908X2, artinya peningkatan variabel pengembangan karier terhadap kepuasan kerja sebsar 0,827 atau 82,7% dan peningkatan variabel kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,908 atau 90,8%. Hasil uji t (parsial) variabel Pengembangan Karier memiliki nilai t hitung 4,631 > ttabel 1,669 dan nilai 0,000 < 0,05 dan variabel Kompensasi memiliki nilai thitung 8,039 > ttabel 1,669 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) nilai F-hitung 217,596 > F-tabel 3,12 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha3 diterima. Hal ini berarti variabel Pengembangan Karier dan Kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada Restoran Hokben Area Depok
