Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan performa rasio keuangan PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk dan PT Rockfields Properti Indonesia Tbk.  selama periode 2021 hingga 2022 dilihat dari Rasio Likuiditas yang terdiri dari Current Ratio, Rasio Solvabilitas, dan Rasio Profitabilitas. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  perbandingan  kinerja  keuangan  PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk  dan PT. Rockfields Properti Indonesia Tbk.  Dilihat dari likuditas  masing-masing, pada  current  ratio  PT.  Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk  lebih  unggul  dibanding PT. Rockfields Properti Indonesia Tbk. Sedangkan kemampuan  membayar  utang    PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. lebih baik dibandingkan PT. Rockfields Properti Indonesia Tbk. Dari sisi profitabilitas, PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk lebih baik menghasilkan laba dengan seluruh aset  yang  dimiliki  dibanding  PT.  Rockfields Properti Indonesia Tbk.
