Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuann untuk menguji pengaruh harga, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan ukuran mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia Membangun sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Dalam penelitiaan ini diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26 dengan uji regresi berganda. Hasil menunjukkan secara parsial atau Uji T variabel Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa, hasil penelitian nilai T hitung 2,669 > 1,98609 dengan tingkat sig 0,009 < 0,05. Variabel Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dilihat dari nilai T hitung 4,591 > 1,98609 dengan tingkat sig 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa dilihat dari nilai T hitung 5,043 > 1,98609 dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian secara bersama-sama melalui Uji F variabel Harga, Lokasi, Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Mahasiswa, hal ini dilihat dari hasil F hitung 70,329 > 2,76 F Tabel dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05.
