Pengaruh Tarif dan Kecepatan Waktu Pengiriman terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan E-commerce

Abstract
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari tarif pengiriman dan kecepatan waktu pengiriman kepada kepuasan pelanggan. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Sebanyak 100 responden pelanggan e-commerce yang menggunakan berbagai macam jenis pelayanan jasa pengiriman berpartisipasi dalam mengisi kuesioner yang di-share melalui google form. Responden dipilih berdasarkan probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisa regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan uji T& F. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tarif pengiriman memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kepada kepuasan pelanggan. Demikian juga kecepatan waktu pengiriman memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kepada kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa secara simultan tarif pengiriman dan kecepatan waktu pengiriman berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna e-commerce.
