Pengaruh Brand Trust, Promosi Media Sosial dan Persepsi Konsumen Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Terhadap Permen Relaxa di Kabupaten Bandung

Abstract
Industri Food and Beverages di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat, termasuk dalam kategori permen yang menjadi opsi makanan pelengkap. Permen Relaxa, yang diproduksi oleh PT Angel Langgeng, telah menjadi pilihan favorit dengan ciri khas mintnya. Meskipun telah lama beredar di pasaran, perusahaan menghadapi tantangan dari pesaing baru di industri permen, khususnya varian mint. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Trust, Promosi Media Sosial, dan Persepsi Konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian Permen Relaxa di Kabupaten Bandung. Data penjualan dari beberapa gerai di wilayah tersebut digunakan sebagai parameter, dan uji regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Trust tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan Promosi Media Sosial tidak memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan. Namun, Persepsi Konsumen terbukti memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil ini dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan promosi, dengan fokus pada aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi persepsi konsumen. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman dinamika pasar permen di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat.
