Abstract
Penelitian ilmiah yang berjudul “Analisis Sistem Rekrutmen, Pelatihan, dan Penempatan Kerja dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Industri Kapas Asia.” Ini merupakan penelitian yang membahas tentang proses rekrutmen, pelatihan, dan penempatan kerja pada PT. Asian Cotton Industry yang bertujuan untuk menjawab fenomena persaingan antar perusahaan tekstil disekitarnya yang lebih fokus pada kualitas produk dan produksi sebagai acuan PT. Asian Cotton Industry dalam meningkatkan persaingan dengan menganalisis sistem rekrutmen, pelatihan, dan penempatan kerja atas kinerja karyaw yang dihasilkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan informan, observasi, serta dokumentasi terkait data pendukung dan bukti-bukti yang kuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif selama dilapangan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan kesimpulan yang dilakukan penulis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem rekrutmen di PT. Asian Cotton Industry sudah cukup baik karena menggunakan dua metode yaitu internal (kekeluargaan) dan eksternal (mandiri). Pelatihan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan yang memudahkan calon karyawan menguasai pekerjaan dan meningkatkan keahlian dimana terdiri dari tiga pelatihan yaitu pelatihan teori dasar, pelatihan teori inti, dan praktek ujian. Penekanan yang dilakukan menganut penuh pada indikator yang sudah ditetapkan. Sistem rekrutmen, pelatihan, dan penempatan kerja berperan besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan baik karyawan baru maupun karyawan lama dengan sistem rekrutmen yang sesuai, pelatihan yang baik, serta penempatan kerja yang tepat akan membantu karyawan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan dan keahlian untuk meningkatkan kinerja yang dihasilkan.
