Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rotasi pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja dan variasi keterampilan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian dilakukan pada PT Bank Aceh Syariah. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 158 karyawan bank tersebut yang diambil dengan metode
sensus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Penelitian menemukan bahwa Rotasi pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan variasi keterampilan. Kepuasan kerja dan variasi keterampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Aceh Syariah. Rotasi pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Aceh Syariah. Semakin baik penilaian karyawan terhadap rotasi pekerjaan (job rotation) yang mereka alami akan semakin baik pula kinerja mereka dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan yang dibebankan. Kepuasan kerja dan variasi keterampilan memediasi pengaruh rotasi pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Aceh Syariah. Efek mediasi yang wujud pada kepuasan kerja dan variasi keterampilan merupakan mediasi parsial (partial intervening).
