Abstract
Penelitian tentang komitmen organisasi sangat penting karena personel yang berkomitmen tinggi meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Kemampuan perusahaan untuk memenuhi maksud, visi, dan sasarannya sebagian besar bergantung pada komitmen organisasinya. Budaya tempat kerja, kecerdasan emosional, Komitmen organisasi dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor, termasuk kepemimpinan transformasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat komitmen organisasi pada PT. Prima Global Partners di Kota Cimahi dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional, kecerdasan emosional, dan lingkungan kerja. Purposive sampling adalah strategi pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam pendekatan penelitian berbasis survei. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah staf PT. Mitra Prima Global. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, gunakan pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menilai hasilnya. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, komitmen organisasi dipengaruhi positif secara signifikan oleh ketiga komponen yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional, kecerdasan emosional, dan lingkungan kerja. Oleh karena itu, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek-aspek ini, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan komitmen organisasional tenaga kerjanya. Oleh karena itu, dengan meningkatkan kepemimpinan transformasional, kecerdasan emosional, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif, organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Pengusaha dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas pekerja dengan cara ini.
