Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh produk, promosi, dan physical evidence secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Restoran Youwie Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah sebanyak 96 responden. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada costomer Restoran Youwie Palembang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis linear berganda, dengan uji t dan uji F. Sedangkan untuk melihat sejauh mana keakurasian dan kelayakan alat intrumen variabel penelitian digunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas pada SPSS versi 23. Hasil analisis uji t penelitian ini memperoleh nilai signifikan prodok sebesar 0,045 > 0,05 untuk variabel promosi sebesar 0,002yang berarti secara parsial produk, promosi, dan physical evidence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Restoran Youwie Palembang. Hasil analisis uji F dan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan produk, promosi, dan physical evidence memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Restoran Youwie Palembang sebesar 58,7% (Sig.F 0,000<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik produk, promosi, dan physical evidence maka akan semakin tinggi pula kepuasan konsumen yang dihasilkan oleh Restoran Youwie Palembang.
