Abstract
Pegawai dengan produktivitas kerja yang tinggi, perlu didorong dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai dari tempatnya bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana Kota Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner berskala likert. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana Kota Bima yang berjumlah 62 orang pegawai yang terdiri dari 30 orang pegawai yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) dan 32 orang pegawai yang berstatus kontrak. Sampel yang digunakan dalam sebanyak 62 orang pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi, uji determinasi dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunujukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana Kota Bima.
