Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Kantor Pegadaian Rasanae. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif yang menunjukan tentang pengaruh hubungan antara variabel. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pegadaian Cabang Rasanae berlokasi di Jl. Tongkol No. 59, Rasanae, Sarae, Rasanae Barat, Kota Bima, NTB. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Pegadaian Rasanae Kota Bima dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Model analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear sederhana dengan variabel terikat (Y) Kinerja Karyawan dan variabel bebas (X) adalah Beban Kerja. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa variabel Beban Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pegadaian Rasanae. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa jika beban kerja meningkat maka akan mengurangi potensi kinerja karyawan dan jika sebaliknya beban kerja menurun maka akan meningkatkan potensi kinerja karyawan, dengan adanya beban kerja seperti system pencapaian target akan meningkatkan kinerja suata karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan
