Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Stres Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan (Studi Kasus Divisi Cuting PT MAsplast Poly Film) Bahasa Indonesia

Abstract
Berdasarkan uraian-uraian diatas dan dari beberapa pendapat ahli, maka adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpina, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan divisi cutting pada PT Masplast Poly Film. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi cutting pada PT Masplast Poly Film sebanyak 30 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan Aplikasi SPSS 29 dengan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial atau uji T variabel Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Produktivitas Karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari T hitung 0,177 < 2,056 T tabel dengan tingkat sig 0,861 > 0,05. Variabel Stres Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Produktivitas Karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari T hitung -0,548 < 2.056 T tabel dengan tingkat sig 0,598 > 0,05. Variabel Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Produktivitas Karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari T hitung 1,483 < 2,056 T tabel dengan tingkat sig 0,164 > 0,05. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama atau melalui Uji F variabel Kepemimpinan, Stres Kerja dan Motovasi Kerja secara simultan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari hasil F hitung 48,104 > 2,96 F tabel dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05.
