Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Komunikasi, Work-Life Balance dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT Papandayawan Cocoa Industries. Dengan mengunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang mana populasi yang diteliti adalah karyawan PT Papandayan Cocoa Industries Bandung yang berjumlah 400 orang. Sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat signifikasi 0.05 dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa, Komunikasi, Work-Life Balance dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Keja Karyawan PT Papandayan Cocoa Industries Bandung. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.60% artinya Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel Komuikasi (X1), Work-Life Balance (X2) dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik (X3) sebesar 60%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lainya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
