Abstract
Penyuluhan pangan menjadi salah satu upaya Badan Ketahanan Pangan dan Penyuluhan Aceh dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan masyarakat. Sistem penyuluhan pangan yang efektif dan efisien perlu diimplementasikan oleh badan ini. Pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam proses penyuluhan pangan. Selain itu, motivasi kerja yang tinggi juga dapat membantu peningkatan kinerja pegawai dan keberhasilan sistem penyuluhan pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem penyuluhan pangan pada Badan Ketahanan Pangan dan Penyuluhan Aceh, serta hubungannya dengan motivasi kerja dan pemanfaatan teknologi komputer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penyuluhan pangan pada Badan Ketahanan Pangan dan Penyuluhan Aceh masih dilakukan secara manual, dengan kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi komputer. Selain itu, terdapat rendahnya motivasi kerja pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas penyuluhan pangan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perbaikan dalam sistem penyuluhan pangan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi komputer dan peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai. Kesimpulannya, pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dan peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas sistem penyuluhan pangan pada Badan Ketahanan Pangan dan Penyuluhan Aceh. Oleh karena itu, Badan Ketahanan Pangan dan Penyuluhan Aceh perlu meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi komputer dan memberikan motivasi kerja yang cukup bagi pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas penyuluhan pangan.
