Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh penggunaan teknologi terhadap kepuasan kerja staf administrasi dan kesekretariatan di perusahaan ritel di Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dan analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja staf administrasi dan kesekretariatan. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara penggunaan teknologi dengan kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penggunaan teknologi oleh staf administrasi dan kesekretariatan mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja mereka. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perlu memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi teknologi kepada staf administrasi dan kesekretariatan agar mereka dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya. Hal ini akan membantu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja staf dan juga efisiensi bisnis perusahaan. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan teknologi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja staf administrasi dan kesekretariatan di perusahaan ritel di Kota Banda Aceh. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memberikan perhatian khusus pada pengembangan kompetensi teknologi staf administrasi dan kesekretariatan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi bisnis perusahaan.
