Abstract
Penelitian ini melibatkan eksplorasi hukumonogi antara variabel kompensasi, terutama remunerasi eksternal yang mencakup gaji sesuai dengan paragon pasar, dengan fokus pada perekrutan dan retensi karyawan berbakat. Mengacu pada telaah Gerhart et al. (1992), penelitian ini menyoroti triumvirat keberhasilan organisasi dalam mendeploy keterampilan dan daya kreatifitas sumber daya manusia yang eximious. Data dipilah-pilah untuk memahami dampak kompensasi eksternal terhadap volisi karyawan untuk bergabung dan tetap dalam kohort organisasional. Harapannya, penelitian ini akan menyediakan discernment yang komprehensif terhadap strategi kompensasi yang prospicient dalam konteks perekrutan dan retensi talenta, dengan potensi catupan yang positif pada capaian prestasi organisasi. Kesudahannya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyumbangkan epistem praktis dalam perancangan kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang tercentang pada kompensasi eksternal sebagai artefak strategis dalam korma sumber daya manusia.
