Abstract
Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan pelatihan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) terhadap implementasi Kehutanan 4.0 di Kantor Balai Besar Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Sulawesi Selatan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei pada staf BBKSDA Sulawesi Selatan. Analisis path model menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan TIK memiliki dampak yang lebih signifikan (koefisien 0,626) dibandingkan dengan kualitas SDM (koefisien 0,258) terhadap kesuksesan implementasi Kehutanan 4.0. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kapasitas dalam aspek pelatihan TIK menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan adaptasi terhadap era kehutanan yang semakin terdigitalisasi. Implikasinya, perbaikan dalam strategi pelatihan TIK di lingkungan kerja dapat mempercepat integrasi teknologi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pemahaman praktis dan kebijakan terkait upaya meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi konservasi di era Kehutanan 4.0.
